The Pain Point

Jessica and her team had created a strong and established brand with a very loyal following. However, Jessica was ready to start thinking ahead about how to continue to grow the brand in the most strategic way. Was there a way to book more brides? Could they convert past brides into a continued client? She was ready to learn more!

 

How Fetch Helped

We worked with Empress to design a strategy and plan that catered to potential, current and past clients, allowing the brand to reach new clients while also engaging those who had already fallen in love with the brand. The goal was to showcase their beautiful work while also educating on the process and unique details through positioning and language. Then, we engaged MModern to create a new website for Empress that clearly communicated their unique offerings and made the ordering process simple and easy.
