The Client

Susan Gordon is a collection of timeless creations brought to life by handcrafted modern, feminine, and refined details. Each product that Susan and her team create is thoughtfully made to bring beauty and life to everyday tasks. With the aesthetic of being classic at the core but purposefully ever-evolving, Susan’s collection of handmade pottery and jewelry has quickly grown and evolved to become so much more.

The Pain Point

Susan Gordon was consistently in the top 1% of sales on Etsy, selling out most items during each Friday’s restock. Susan and her team knew they had the demand from the community to create and sell more pottery, ultimately increasing their bottom line. However, they were unsure of exactly how to both cater to the demand while also focusing on continuing to grow the brand’s reach through social media.

 

How Fetch Helped

We set a goal to transition off of Etsy to Susan’s own Shopify website, allowing the brand to have more control over the pottery sales and prioritize the education of the brand and its aesthetic. Moving off of Etsy meant that the brand no longer had the marketing efforts and exposure from Etsy, and we needed to create a strategy and plan on how to continue to engage and convert potential clients through this new sales channel.
